Trendsetter Homes assisted in the design and concept of this project intended as work force housing. The owners of this development saw value in fast track, off site production and because the site footprint was small, debris and construction clutter was not an option.

USACE Ft. Worth District awarded this multi phase contract to Hensel Phelps and Warrior Group, a JV. The Warrior team chose Fleetwood and Trendsetter Homes to design build the majority of both Phase I and II of this ambitious modular project. Housing unaccompanied enlisted personnel, Army Transformation saw the need for Unaccompanied Enlisted Personnel Housing, not in the mold of traditional barracks. As a result, this Fleetwood built product resembles an off base apartment complex with separate kitchen and restroom in each apartment.
